CardioBox - New beginning

Hoho, its a new cycle of CardioBox yesterday. BUT HUBBY JOINED ME THIS TIME ROUND, involuntarily. LOL! I created his icanbook (for registering Singapore Sports Council courses) account and enrolled for him! *twisted fingers* Come on, keeping fit or maintaining fitness level in sedentary work nature is healthy ok! There is assessment of personal fitness level this round.

We need to do as many reps in the following eight exercises (break in between) in one minute, and record down our results.

Pictures from http://beachreadybody.com/ - Insanity Fit Test
1. Switch Kicks (for us, 1 kick = 1 rep)
2. Power Jacks
3. Power Knees
4. Power Jumps
5. Globe Jumps (for us 1 jump = 1 rep)
6. Suicide Jumps (we know it as Burpee Jumps)
7. Push-up Jacks
8. Low Plank Oblique

With respect to all I can remember, this is my first time doing such repetitions. The previous assessment was pretty standard like squatting, push-up, burpee and bicycle sit-ups. The above test actually work out the entire body. In other words, much tougher!

By the end of the test, all of us were panting like hell. He claimed that he was tolerating his upset tummy during cooling down exercises, poor boy. Some people do experience runny tummy after cardio exercises due to the contraction of muscle to propel the contents through digestive tract.

It always very heart warming to see Emme improving each day.

Look! She's holding her own milk bottle (for awhile)!!!
